What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the contact form: company name, your name, email address, phone number, country, the programme you are interested in, the number of machines, the available protocol and your description of the equipment and site.
The email address is the only required field. Everything else is optional.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and to assess whether your equipment can be retrofitted. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for automated profiling.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted after 24 months. Where a contract follows, records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
Where it is stored
On a dedicated server operated directly by SCMDSD LLC. The data is not processed by any third-party CRM, marketing platform or analytics provider.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and comparable frameworks, you may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, or a copy in a portable format. You may also object to its processing.
