The situation
A vaccine refrigerator holds a narrow band, typically +2 to +8 degrees. It is opened several times a day, and each opening moves the air temperature well before the contents are affected. A probe placed in air therefore reports events that did not happen, while a genuine compressor failure at night is discovered the next morning.
What the AI does
Temperature excursion detection and cold chain records
What we measure
Product temperature through a thermal buffer, door state, ambient temperature, compressor current, mains presence. Readings every 30 to 60 seconds, kept without expiry.
What the system does not do
The system does not decide whether the stored product remains fit for use. It records what happened and when, and hands that record to the person responsible for the cold chain.

External probes and existing signal outputs are read without altering the machine's own electronics. An industrial gateway forwards the readings; the platform stores, analyses and reports.
