The situation
Controlled areas depend on a pressure cascade between zones. That cascade is verified periodically and assumed valid in between. A filter loading progressively, or a fan losing performance, degrades it slowly and silently.

What we measure
Differential pressure between zones, supply and return temperature, humidity, fan current draw. Continuous recording turns a periodic verification into a continuous one.
What the system does not do
The system does not control the air handling unit and does not qualify the room. It records the conditions and makes the record available.
The retrofit chain
SENSORS → IoT → CLOUD → AI
External probes and existing signal outputs are read without altering the machine's own electronics. An industrial gateway forwards the readings; the platform stores, analyses and reports.
