OxygenConnect IoT
Oxygen concentrators and medical gas systems

The situation
An oxygen concentrator separates oxygen from ambient air through a molecular sieve. The sieve wears, and its output concentration falls gradually rather than suddenly. A unit that has drifted below specification looks and sounds exactly like one that has not.
What the AI does
Output monitoring and supply continuity
What we measure
Output concentration and pressure where the unit exposes them, running hours, current draw, ambient temperature. Sieve degradation shows as a slow trend across weeks, which is what makes it worth recording at all.
What the system does not do
The system monitors the equipment. It has no connection to any patient and produces no clinical data of any kind.
The retrofit chain
SENSORS → IoT → CLOUD → AI
External probes and existing signal outputs are read without altering the machine's own electronics. An industrial gateway forwards the readings; the platform stores, analyses and reports.
Signals and protocols we read
If your equipment exposes one of these, no internal modification is normally required.
Is your machine a candidate?
Feasibility depends on the model, the available outputs and the site itself. Send us the details and we will assess it.
