The situation
A pump is the component whose failure stops everything downstream, and the one least likely to be instrumented. Vibration and current draw change well before a bearing fails, but nobody is listening.
What the AI does

What we measure
Current draw, vibration through an external accelerometer, running hours, and flow or pressure where the installation already exposes them. No modification to the pump itself is required.
What the system does not do
The system does not control the pump and cannot stop it. It reads, records and reports.
The retrofit chain
SENSORS → IoT → CLOUD → AI
External probes and existing signal outputs are read without altering the machine's own electronics. An industrial gateway forwards the readings; the platform stores, analyses and reports.

If your equipment exposes one of these, no internal modification is normally required.
